Position:

Training Manager

Job profile :

All Arrangement of Location Training for Inhouse and Open House.

Communication with company, participants and/or Trainers.

Marketing with companies, HR persons of various companies, etc.

Proper documentation expertise is must.

Small Team handling.

Profile Requirements:

Business understanding for Training and marketing.

Financial awareness profit and loss.

Email etiquettes, mail drafting skills, Presentation and MS Excel required.

Awareness about professional (Industry) Training services or recruitment process.

Experience in professional training management.

Mature in thinking, behaviour and Patience for work.

Short travel may be required as per business requirements. (sometimes).

Use of LinkedIn or allied on line portals must.

Use of AI.

Candidates Preference :

 Female candidate having min 5 years’ experience in Training (must)

 Willingness to work for long period. Short period people not required.

 MBA or Technical Degree (BE/ME) preferable.

 All Initial support for learning or understanding shall be provided.

Salary:

15 to 25K pm depends on experience ; Business profit share can be considered based on performance.
